Plant Operator Courses

Sensei College Plant Operation

Plant operators are among the highest-earning skilled workers in East Africa, and demand continues to surge as Kenya’s infrastructure development accelerates. The Sensei Plant Operation Department offers comprehensive, NTSA-certified training on the full range of heavy construction machinery, excavators, graders to tower cranes and borehole drilling rigs.

Students train hands-on with real machines on our dedicated training site, guided by experienced operators with decades of site experience. Whether you choose a standard 3-machine package or go premium with 6 machines plus driving, you’ll graduate with the certifications and the confidence to work on any construction site in Kenya and beyond.
